Wow!

Sue and I are back home now and I am totally exhausted.

The EBI "experience" can not be understood by pictures or words.............. you HAVE to be there.  Kobus, Mike, and Freddy and their team do an incredible job planning and making things happen in real time.  On Friday afternoon Troy and I were walking around and saw a farmer cutting down a field which ended up being an inprompto addition to overflowing camp sites.  The number of campers was staggering!  Met lots of people and saw lots of nice cars.  It was nice to put names with faces.

To Russell Richie, what can I say but thanks.  Being trusted with taking the Tar Babe down the track was both nerve racking and exciting.  When I got to the top end staging area and began to take pictures I realized my hands were shaking.

To the Chateau gang, it was fun hanging out with everyone.  DKG gang, your hospitality was over the top!  The Gasser Garage crew for the incredible amount of work required to get ALL the cars ready for the event.

To everyone for making the Wiess' visit unforgettable.

More to follow as I start dowloading pictures and videos.

It was good to meet you Allen, I'm still very impressed you never wrote IP off, considering the air pressure was messed around with!!!

Just remember to "leather it"

And may I add my thanks for your startline duties while I drove various old nails! Good to have someone you can trust when you're strapped into a race car.

See you and Sue later in the year – maybe we can persuade(!) Sarge to have another party...

Cheers!
