Fun time at the VW Jamboree today.  I got 2nd place with the Ghia.  Better yet, my daughter got 1st with her car.

I'm not surprised! Way to go!

It's been a good year for DRA cars (there are so many of them <grin>) . We've consistently scored 1st and 2nd place at the events we have attended.......oh....and how could I forget......an "oldest VW" award also.

Congrats Ed and Kim.  Ed, you could have won 1st if you had worn those PLAD pants like you use to.  Keep that in mind for next year and oh, it will be much easier to spot you on the field.............   Grin Grin

Thus proving, once again, that bermuda shorts are your friend(s). Preferably from the Fred Mertz Collection. I own a few pairs, myself. Back during the D.K.K. days... we called 'em Bermies.
