Dear Loungers
I speak June 2006 and we wrote history
Mr Komori and DKP Nao of Flat4 Japan
Shin Watanabe of Let'S Play VW Magazine and SoKal DVD
and myself Gunter of CSP (gh@csp-shop.de)
promises have been made , even with the good wine and food, we managed to keep up with promises made
Shin of Let's Play will feature the event in his awesome magazine
and will feature cars and the event in one of his special DVDs
so be prepared to face television and lots of Japanese digital cameras
CSP kindly hosts and sponsors the European BugIn
and last but not least last week Mr Komori's choptop first callook beetle in Japan has been boarded an ocean sea vessel,
currently sailing towards BugIn Europe
well here is my suggestion to the EBI guys Kobus, Fred and Mike
Europe versus Japan
chop top versus chop top
DKP II versus first Japanese CalLook
Russell versus Mr Komori , two world famous Gasser collectors and by the way nice guys
the start of this awesome blast of the past
let me hear your votes on this one loungers, can this be the start of a fantastic unforgettable weekend
I say yes and who knows next year at EBI2 DDS versus DDS (sorry Russell not this year)
come on guys go EBi go

Good to see the right Flat4 car's coming over. A piece of Japan's own heritage is being represented. Cool

... how did the Chimay bottle taste ...

Well, the world sure does look different now! I think Nietzsche must have had a bottle when he figured that which does not kill us makes us stronger. Tastes good but that's one hell of a big bottle...

 Cheesy

... hey Mat don't forget to post your favourite race ...

Race wise there are a few interesting opportunities in the making, maybe too many to choose from? It's such a big field it's going to be great just watching them all pass through the traps during the course of the weekend, especially the first day. 250 or so top cars on the strip? Europe's never seen that before.

 Cool

Look forward to seeing you soon, it's only a few days when you look at it! How did it come round so quick?

 Shocked

Great idea Gunter East vrs West -  Chop against Chop - however i feel the east is quite a bit quicker than the west we may have to look at this when we get there......... Mr Webb how long will it take to put your engine in the chop ?, Ill even let you drive ! MAYBE.....

The race's i want to see is Mouse Trap 2 against Blue Obssession (aka Mouse Trap 1)

and

Snoopy against Sum Fun...........

Oh and the best/quickest DAS Club Car against the Gates of Heaven 52 Split, Street Race Style

Oh and to see who is the quickest Mike, Fred, Kobus or Gunter to buy me a beer when i arrive !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Big Prize for the winner

And my race would have to be  Dave Rhoads against Keith Seume,2 old farts battling it out Cheesy   Now we just need two even cars, anyone?

You're welcome to test my car at EBI if you like (Four Play). I guess you are used to handle a RHD VW!

Just found some Chimay bottled beer in my local Sainsbury's, best start to warm up.

Can't wait for this show.

How about a prize draw to sit in the passenger seat of one of the race cars down the track
