Hi guys  .
How much clearance should i give my valve`s with ratio rockers , I'm running a 125 cam and I'm having starting problems .
She will only turn over a few times before the battery gives in . When I hand crank the motor its bloody tight just before TDC and BDC , the cam is already bedding into the followers as these came from another motor .
Ive gaped the valves as usual and I'm hoping this is nothing more serious .
Any useful advice will be greatly received cheers fellas

I think your onto something there , Im just off down the garage to pop my rockers off and check those springs , Im running single springs at the moment looks like the heads are coming off for a spot of duel spring machine work ! Undecided

Yep coil bind , the rockers are shimmed to the limit , next option is duel springs , best to do it right in the first place I suppose .
