It's Operation Santa Car Show in La Habra at the CVS Distribution Center this Sunday. (Lambert Rd and Harbor Blvd) I'll be there with the Ghia. There's usually a few other local VW's there too, but the majority of cars are domestic. I haven't done this show before, but I know the lady to organizes it and she does a great job with other shows.
My Ghia's pretty dirty from last weekends DKP Cruise, so after B4B I'll be home cleaning on saturday

Just checked my calendar. Can't make this one... already going to a cancer fundraiser for my friend. She just diagnosed and a bunch of us are gonna help her out.
One of these days, I hope to get back to those Saturdays with you guys. Have fun!

My schedule has now gone back to Sunday Mondays off so I can't make Saturday BFB the show Sunday Sounds fun I may just show up there. Is there preregistration or just show up?

I'm guessing that pre-registration for the show is now closed, but you should be able to enter the day of the show too. Pre was $15.00 plus a $10.00 toy, so it might be a few bucks more on Sunday. Show entry starts at 9:00.

WELL........... I moved cars around today at work to get the one I wanted to and needed to be driven but the fitting out of the fuel pump was leaking. In recent times I've replaced pumps (diaphragms failed) on three different cars due to what I suspect is the fuel available today. Spoke with a very knowledgeable friend who says this is becoming very common and it will get worse thanks to the FEDS.
Anyway I substituted another deserving ride as it started and all seemed to work well. Sooooooooooo, I'm planning on attending but this one is a bit LARGER so Ed please hold 8 or 9 spaces and I'll pick up your neighborhood and bring them along................... |

Hmmm, just might have to update the Topic title to read: Bug's for Breakfast 2013! As per 2012 schedule, until further notice the event will remain to be held on second Saturday of the month, January 12th 2013. I've got some other things to do late morning, but will be there with plenty of time to enjoy Breakfast with friends. A little cold and windy, but it should be a beautiful day. Come early to avoid the crowds |
