Guys,
Can you give me your thoughts and advice on fitting one of these units to my bug please.
I have a dual circuit master cylinder where the master cylinder feeds the rear bakes via a T piece out back and the fronts appear to T from the master cylinder itself.
The Hurst diagrams I printed off seem to show all dual cct systems with a brake bias unit ( which I don't have ) so am guessing the single circuit diagram is closer to what I need...?
So on the Solenoid unit itself their are four ports. An upper which marked as M which is the inlet path from the master and then 3 outlets - can I use these outlets to T off to each front brake and blank off the third
Rather than blanking off two of them and just using one into an external inline T piece.
Are there any differences in performance ? ie less pressure if I use the solenoid ports to T to each front brake rather than external inline T ......?
Thanks, Shane.
