"US 67" by Balocco

This is my "US 67". From my point of view one of  the ultimate models for a cal-looker. US 67s are hard to come by in these parts and Swedish 67s have different specs. Since I had to do some modifications anyhow, I decided to take a more difficult route with a late 66 a mate put up for sale as I knew that it was rock solid.

Unfortunately he had sprayed the beautiful and not far from perfect Fontana Gray with a not so cool green colour. But worse he stored it so the interior had become completley covered in that fuzzy stuff that smells like green hell. I threw away the interior and drove with just the seat springs and a glued on camping roll for a while. I also sprayed it in grey primer with flames in mulitiple shades of green flake on the hood.

At the moment it has several colours. Was thinking about changing the colour but decided to restore it back to the original grey.

Got some new BRM repros with Yokohama 195/70 15" for the rear.



Will see what ends up in front. Just got these but won't use them on the road.
