2387cc Type 1 motor.

86mm CB crank, wedgemate with Stage II og sinter clutch.
94mm Wiseco pistons.
Welded case with deepsump.
Mahle cyl.
CB044 welded and ported by JPM, Sweden.
JPM/Oteva valvesprings.
52mm Gene Berg carbs with CSP-Bellcrank.
1:4 Pauter rockers.
Manton pushrods.
FK 89 cam.
12.4 compression.
A1 1-3/4" cheramic exhaust with stingerpipe.
Full MSD 6 Digital ignition and distributor with 2-step.
Summit fuelpump + regulator and fuel-lines/AN-fittings from regulator to carbs.
No fan shroud.


Dynoed 234 hk/285 nm on pumpgas (95).
Runs on E85 at the moment.

This is the engine from Jørans Berserk-racer for those who know it. Best ET so far 11,1@1/4mile.

Located in Jessheim/Gardermoen(SCC), Norway.

Can be shipped on your expense.

Will post a few pic this weekend.

Having crewed for the BERSERK car for a couple of seasons, I can really vouch for this engine, top parts and workmanship. The heads are a work of art!
The many low 11sec runs in a heavy all steel car also suggests there´s more power in it now tuned on E85 IMHO.

Hi,

Couple of questions. What head studs are you using and what 'pump' fuel were you using with 12.5:1 compression ratio?

Hi,
headstuds are 8mm chrommoly. Fuel at that time, 95 octane.
