Just messed it up! Need a TIV engine case.

As I am home few weeks during summer in my garage, I decided to be self sufficient in machining the engine block for 104 mm cylinders.
I bought a nice tool.
It might still be nice but I messed it up.
I guess my mill is too small and I am not skilled enoiugh machinist.
Now my hole is not as I wanted it. Long story.
I need a good TIV engine case with cylinder holes opened up for 104 mm cylinders. The register is 108,5 mm.

Any tips are appreciated.
I have written to BAS, E-Plus Josef Bock, CSP x2 and to Udo.
Plus I placed an advertisement in Wanted on this forum.
As time is tight, I am only in a hurry if it can be shipped to me here in Sweden in the next few days.
Or all hurry is, no hurry.

The only one i know who stocks case is this one  http://www.kummetat-tuning.de/ . but we most cut the case to the german 103 cylinders. 107 at the case

can you tell how you used the tool? or what did happen? do you have to do the feed manually?
