Ok maybe a strange question, but I can not find the direction of the oilflow trough the oil cooler in a type 4 engine (case).
Which of the holes where the oilcooler is located, is the 'hot' one or which is the 'cold' one.

So in this picture is the the top one the 'hot' one or the bottom one the 'hot' one.
(I am thinking the top one, but can not find any confirmation on that.)

I am asking this because I rerouted my oilcooler and want the the cooled oil to stay cool so I want to isolate the 'cold' oil hose.

" Type 4, it is a completely different engine. You have to drive one to understand! "
