Ok, anybody have a problem putting the C-clip for the cable at the caliper?? Mine, no room! Not out far enough to put one on! WTF!!!

Not bagging on CB, just so frustrating when ya have one problem, fixed it, then come across another. I think I can fix this also, even though, still think the whole set-up is STILL nice. just need to check for fits before you install, just to make sure.

I thought that was supposed to be a "bolt on kit" not a make it fit yourself kit Shocked  They must have sold 100s of them,suprising that this hasnt been dealt with over time,strange

The problem is that I bought the kit back in 09', had it sitting on my shelf this long. My first problem was the 914 rotor rubbed againist the caliper, talked to CB, basiclly had to clearance the caliper myself, no biggie, now the emergency brake cable, well will do the same, just use a pencil grinder to clearance it till I can put the c-clip on. Then should be done, bleed the system, and I'm good. Grin I'm sure the newer kits work fine.
