Can you still buy these springs and if so from where and how much cost.

If you do a search you may be able to find ERCO's number on some forums.
He is still a wholesale parts supplier to the trade.

There are however, much better springs available these days.

Either PAC or PSI Beehives with ovate wire are very good,
CB650s are good too (but a little heavy for mild combos), as are JPM duals with ovate wire.

We have a distributor in Australia, so I am sure there is one in the UK.
If not you can always buy direct.

I have used the larger base no.1520,
but with lower spring cups, both the 1519 and even the small 1514 in smooth profile applications work well.
