Hey! I'd know that silver oval window car anywhere! This buddy of mine moved way up to Humboldt County in Northern California after serving a stint with a certain enthusiast magazine. When I say northern, I really mean northern. I think everyone knows what grows in Humboldt County. Of course my buddy wouldn't have anything to do with that!

I think it is just a need for something other than BRM's or fuchs ,that still looks good. I my self love the looks of those skinny 12 spoke haibrands on the "Lil Snort" above .But try to find a set & not a good rim for the street.
