Lovely looking motor... How do you find the Wide Oval Tyres? I'm thinking of them for my 68 but a real world opinion is always nice. What size do you have? Cheers, Dave. |

Trippy! I like it though, looks different and caught my eye.
It's a weird angle for sure, but all Brazilian bugs kept the '64-and-earlier window/roof stampings for whatever reason, so if you see a small-window car with late fenders, odds are it's from Brazil. |

I've been working on some film photography with a hand-me-down '70s Minolta SLR lately and I got this picture of Sam K.'s blue '67 a few weeks ago, sitting in his driveway after he'd let me take it for a little cruise Driving around with 273 degrees of duration at .050 really makes my FK-8 feel like a stocker by comparison, and the IDAs are much touchier than my IDFs, but damn if that car's not fun to drive. Thanks again for letting me run it around, Sam!  |
