I'm looking for torq specs. for a type 4 engine case ? All HD bolts/12.9 "through-bolts" and spot faced with larger washers

My main bolts are 10mm HD bolts/12.9.

  8mm I torsq =  20 nm   ?

10mm I torsq =  40 nm   ?

sorry, 12.9 bolts are tapered like stock or straight?
