Crazy finns vw aircooled boxer build record 1h52min4sec

So last summer in one of Finlands main vw events Bug in Finn three guys assembled a turn key aircooled engine 1h 52min4sec whitout powertools (electric / pneumatic).

These were the rules used for the build.

-Stock beetle engine 1200, 1300, 1500 or 1600. Whit all the parts that originally came whit the engine needs to be installed.

-Engine was totally disassembled before build. Whit few exeptions.
From not new parts
*Alternator was preassembled whit backplate, fan and pulley.
*fan shroud preassembled whit the thermostate flaps.

New parts
-Heads, cylinders/pistons, bearings, oilpump, gaspumps, carb and distributor whit ignition wires were exactly as bought.  

This was also listed as a world record in finnish record show ennätystehdas.
