Im not in to new cars much, but that thing is sick! The only water pumper VW I want is a MKII GTI with a 16v 2.0 and a G60 blower strapped on. Full on rally suspension for lots of smiles I could say that when the turbo start to sing your are stick on the seat really only 10000 KILOMETERS and the car is on warrenty but when she loose it I will imediatly to OTTINGER to increase power and sound with complete engine stage1 pack yesterday I was playing with 993 CARRERA2 and the guys didn't realise what happen the car with QUATTRO system is like on .... rail , when its rainning for quattro its like sunshine

Any of the new S-series Audi cars are a blast to drive and they handle INSANE. Rick, that white VW is wild lookin'! Is that the new one with the V12? Nicolas, your Dad's 6-series is nice and has a lotta potential. I never cared for those fender garnish/trim things. Hopefully, getting them removed ain't a big deal. Always had a soft spot for the big two-door BMW cars. (3.0CSi, 635CSi, 850i)

R5 Turbos were imported into the US but I don't think the 205 was.

They had to make 200 road going versions of all group B rally cars. There used to be a guy near my grandmother that had a Ford RS200, awesome seeing it spit flames round the lanes

I have a huge sweet spot for the RS200... all the Killer Bs were really cool though.

Rick, I'm sorry... had I known that you were into that... I would've called. I'm actually thinking of going tomorrow, but not quite sure what the weather's gonna do. I got my silver car all cleaned up, too.
Empicollector, those Renault R5 Turbos were actually runnin' around southern California in the '80s. They're kinda obscure, now. I never knew about the Peugeot mid engine car. Thanks for the education.
Alfie, I fully agree... the Audi Quattro is the best rally car in my opinion, too. Always wanted one of those or at least a GT Coupe back around 1984 or so. NICE cars.

I've been thinking about purchasing an E36 M3 as my daily driver. I had one in the past and that was the first stick shift car I ever drove. Funny story about that. Actually not so funny. I'll start a different thread for that.
