After being in Arizona during the last several days, it's back to work, processing pictures, and a couple of these:

NO.

At any rate, Ian... how was your choice of brew? That's cool that you found a place, nearby, that had a decent selection. Good job.

Sure! I'll try it... thanks. Yeah, if the only brand that you'll ever drink again is Chimay, you can never ever go wrong. GOOD STUFF!

2008 Bitter Chocolate Oatmeal Stout from Stone Brewing. This is one of the best beers I have ever drank. Shocked It's kinda hard to find unless you live in the Escondido area.

My friend Robert Kolb (Hophead on other VW forums) is a senior brewer at SNB. He gave me a heads up a few months ago. It was a seasonal in years past, but they decided to do it year round. If you like lots of bold hops, you'll love this one, and 7.2% ABV to boot. Bigfoot Barleywine (9.6% ABV) should be out now, but my local beer stores have not received any yet. Another SNBbrew you must try is the Harvest Wet Hop. Mmmmmmmmmmm. Very good. Sheep, Soda(Bryan Wenzel) and myself had a few pitchers at Sierra Nevada back in November.
