I found a local purveyor of adult beverages that sells Chimay, (BevMo)
Which would be recommended? Red, Blue or White??
all rick it depend what you like Chimay bleue(blue) (brune - 9°) Chimay rouge(red) (cuivrée - 7°) Chimay triple(white) (ambrée - 8°) http://www.chimay.com/en/intro_58.php

I'm usually a lager drinker so it's quite a dark one for me, but I do like it!

Newcastle... 'cause it was on sale for only $10.99 for a 12-pack. 'Bout TIME. It's usually $15.99-$16.99.
