Today I brought the car tinsmith to PAINTED will take and cultivate more of the problem, most likely a emulsion tube of carburetor
Ignition is 009 - 7* of 900 rpm lock 22* of 2500 rpm this should not be a problem

nice project. funny i startet kind of the same the last days. but it's a 1200cc 36 hp engine with gt1544.
hif38 carb
heads will be 33/28 or 35,5/32..bith out of stock 36hp single ports.
header is made of a 35mm merged header that i once shortened for a race 36hp supercharged engine. but after a view supercharger engine and after selling my last amr300 blower setup i missed the power a little.
with the dizzy i did in 2009 or so a stock 36hp dizzy with a saab 900 turbo pressur tin. was a little work but exelent timing. it set the ignition back the bore boost you have. stock up to 0,6 bar ...don't remember the timing retard. but with that i could handle 1,2 bar on a 36hp engine all day long.
timing and perfekt afr is the most importand! take your time with it...

good luck
chris

Here's how it works at first glance, all the time I had a problem with emulsion tube
