Aircooled Anarchy Charity Poker Run/Car Show

Hello Friends & Enthusiasts!

Aircooled Anarchy will be hosting a Charity Poker Run/Car Show Event which will be held this year on Saturday July 20, 2013 at 8:00AM, where all proceeds benefit UC Irvine Health Child Life Program. Benefiting the UC Irvine Health Child Life Program, which helps children and their families cope with the hospitalization experience.

OPEN TO ALL VW’s Aircooled, Water Cooled, Classic Cars and Motor Cycles.

ONLY 200 spots AVAILABLE

If you register now you can get the early bird discount, price goes up after 3/31/12 and again on 4/30/13, registration ends 6/30/13! If you missed registration contact Michelle at aircooledanarchy@socal.rr.com to see if you can register the day of. Also if you would like to purchase any extra poker the day of we will have them available.

Start Location:
In-N-Out address is 12359 Seal Beach Blvd. Seal Beach, CA 90740
Check in starts at 8:00AM and cars start to roll out at 9:00AM

5 Stop Locations to draw poker cards -TBD

End Location:
Hooter’s address is 2438 East Katella Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92806
All poker hands must be turned in by 1:00PM, Raffle and awards immediately following.
Remember to please drive safely and responsibility, do not speed or drive recklessly this is not a race.
We want you to enjoy the time cruising around, stopping at all of the shops with your friends, fellow club members and other VW enthusiasts. There are plenty of places to eat so bring your appetites with you.

P.S. As a reminder we will not tolerate any Revving, Drifting, Racing, Speeding, Burnouts, Loud Music, Beeping of horns, Drugs, Alcohol, Fighting, Drama, Drunks. We want you to respect others and the businesses around us as well. We do not want to have to ask anyone to leave, cancel a poker hand and not come back.

We have opened up the poker run to those who cannot drive their car in the event, but wish to still be part of the event, by allowing them to bring their car to the end location Hooter's address is 2438 East Katella Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92806 by 10 am and place it in one of the parking stalls. So if you have a race car or a car that cannot do the route, not to worry you can still be part of the event. You will just pull all 5 of your cards at the end location. You still have to register the $25.00 entry fee per car, If your passenger (must be 18 or older with a vaild ID) can purchase a Poker Hand the day of the Event for $5.00. Make sure they check in with you to get your poker hands. Please contact our club member Michelle Zumstein @ aircooledanarchy@socal.rr.com for all the details or send a message threw here.
All spectators are free to the show and there is a parking structure for parking. So if you cannot be part of the event you can at least come out and join in some of the fun.
Spectators are also welcome to join in the raffle as well.
