I do a lot of elbow bends. Bend elbow, pick up beer bottle, bend elbow, drink from beer bottle, bend elbow, set beer bottle down. I just moved up from the 12 ounce to the 16 ounce bottles for more weight. Grin

Not much point dieting this close to Christmas.
