I am in the process of building a 2007cc motor to sale.  The reason for selling it, to give funds to my friend family.   This will be a really nice motor with a lot of great kit inside it.  He been saving these items for a few year, but rather have the money.  so I am helping him and "you" to have a nice motor for 2013

The Crank Cased is a Recondition AS41.  All the machine work was done by Ahenendorp in Germany
Alignbore: +50/22mm
Shuffle pin on main journal
Resurfaces carter
Full flow 18mm x 1.5mm
Open for 90.5 Pistons
Main Bearing Silverline
Camshaft bearing Silver line double thrust

New Mahle 90.5B piston (Stroker)
90.5 Teflon buttons

The other goodies are

Scat 78.4mm Counterweight Crankshaft
German 200mm lighten Flywheel
Aluminum front degree crank shaft pulley
Performance 200mm Pressure Plate
New CB Performance Stroker Connecting Rods with Mahle Bearing
Engle 120 camshaft
New Straight Cut Gears (Steel on Steel)
Engle Lifters
043 Cylinder Heads Cut for 90.5, Long reach spark plugs, Ported and Polished, Unleaded
New 40mm RVS intake valves Manley’s
New 35.5 mm RVS exhaust valve Manley’s
Engle dual springs
Chromoly retainers
Harden Keepers
New 1.25 Rocker Arms with solid shafts

Chromoly push rods
IAP dual O-ring spring load aluminum pushrods tubes
Set of Empi Valves Covers

Crank shaft, flywheel, and pressure plate are balanced.  Connection rods, piston are all weighed out, and assembly using Kendall motor oil with special additive for breaking in new motors.

There is two ways I can build the motor.  I can build this as a Long block motor and you finish it off yourself.

Or if you want a turnkey motor I can talk to you on what you want on this motor.  Of course there is a more price to the long block price below.

The price for the long block is 3900.00 euros, I am based in the Netherlands so if you want to have the motor shipped to you, that cost is to you. [ Attachment: You are not allowed to view attachments ]

Summer is around the corner, so let this 2007cc motor be your motor for 2013.  Give me a call at + 31 6 40 50 30 93.  thanks for looking at my advert
