Do I pay duty & vat on parts shipped from Germany (csp) to the UK?

I'm ordering some parts from a UK dealer and found the price including shipping from Germany £80 cheaper!

I've ordered from Sweden Germany, Netherlands and other places and never been charged.

Just wanted to check  Smiley
