Done some wiring and finally fitted the new rear suspension, which was laying around for a while. Removed the torsion bars completely, I could really feel the difference during first test driving  Grin

What coils are U using? Are they main coils or just added to standard torson?

The coils are from FK Automotive, the main one is a FK1069, I do not know the the pre-load spring type right now

Polished?  Huh

Ah now I understand, some pictures showed polished ones next to the crankcase and piston. These weren't mine.

Disc brakes all around are from Kerscher Tuning.

New front fender since the old one was not original, I was never really satisfied with the shape and how it fitted, so I exchanged it to an used orignial VW fender:

Heating pipes are useless because the exhaust is without heating system, so closing and cleaning everything.
