The loss of them I shall not miss , only any good as donors for bus IRS conversions  Grin maybe disc's and the odd caliper , but on the whole a step in the wrong direction . Yeah fair enough macpherson struts and IRS made for better handling but did they really have to make the front end look like that , I'm sure they could have kept the bonnet and screen the same as before if they really tried  Angry and whats with those bloody rear light's , elephants feet my ass . American highway safety regulations have got a lot to answer for if you ask me !

Maybe it's just me, but I have a tough time watching a video of ANY older VW being munched up into pieces. I know, I know, it only a Super Beetle, and probably on its last legs. But when you think how much time goes into other model VWs, and restore every inch, then to see this one get trashed.... I didn't find it entertaining in the least. Now a Ford Pinto? Or 411? I say, hit the gas!  Cheesy

That car is the tits, spent quite a while looking over it at the VolksWorld Show and there's nothing that could have been done any better really.
