Have you any experience with these filters?
CB ones are too big now as I want to keep hoods close.
I know there are soft socks and filters, but I'd like to keep engine breathing through filters. Turbo boxes are there as well to move the filter some better place, but some slices should be taken away and as the inlet tube is on the other end, it might reduce air to the other throat.
Capacity of those Ram-Flo's is 400 cubic feet/minute, but what about the airflow without stacks?

Advice me before I do stupid shoppings and something else

Go to K & N Filters website and you can have custom made filters for your application.

I personally wouldn't use anything with a filter element right above the velocity stacks. Fuel standoff may soak the element, reducing airflow and making a possible fire hazard.

K & N addresses this issue.  It's all about cfm flow.

I ran those on my 48-IDAs in my ‘67 way back when.
I had short manifolds and everything just barely fit under the decklid.
IIRC, the filtering media was a thin layer of open-cell foam treated with oil and held in place with a plastic “cage” . . . almost see-through. I would not consider filtering efficency to be their strong point, but they do look good as far as air cleaners go.
However, I would not guess removing the stacks can help anything except giving room for fitting the filters.

The link you give is for IDF filters . . . are you using Weber IDFs?

I was told not to use Ram-Flos for many reasons and I have contacted to K&N filter distributor here in Finland and NL, but I haven't seen their reply or suggest what to do.
Some kind of adapter would do the trick or modified CB turbo pressure boxes with a filter.
This is the situation now:

You could try using the off set manifolds from CB Performance.

Those air filters look just like the ones that Auto Haus sold in the early '70s. They did clear the deck lid, with Deano manifolds, but that was about it. There wasn't any other options then, if you HAD to have air cleaners with a closed deck lid.

I'm sure I posted this before, but here it is again. This is the only solution I found years ago for running a full air cleaner on IDF's (or DRLA's) with CB Big Beef (style) tall straight manifolds. Velocity stacks need to be cut with snips. Also, you would need to cut the CB crossbar linkage mounts off, as I have here (or possibly notch the base of the air cleaner to gain clearance).

K&N part number: E-9141 (High Performance Replacement Air Filter ONLY! You DON'T need the extra base seal kit they try to sell you with these filters). The factory holes in the air cleaner top will need to be filled closed with RTV silicon or some sealer, and you need to drill 2 new holes to fit the CB bases to the K&N filters.

That's really clever, thanks for that! Lots to think about over the winter.

You are very welcome! Winter is the best time to think about all the modifications you want to do to your car. I have a list of things I want to do to my car that is 4 or 5 years old....and the list keeps growing!  Wink
