some old friends came up with some even older pics in the recent weeks
first two pics are of SODA's 1965 Bug with 88 x 69, 40IDFs, Heads Up Perf heads, 14.70's @ Sac as you see it
third pic is my car circa 1991-92, 94 x 82 with Bugpack Superflow 46 x 38 heads by Jimmy Hannan, Berg 311 cam.
Last pic is my old boss Jerry you've all heard so much about on the L and his father, Stanley on the R. Jerry taught me all the good and bad of the industry. Stan just took good care of me. Both had a huge influence on subsequent years of my life. Jerry had a bag of tricks like nobody's business when it came to tuning a car.

That's the guy I remember from Solvang in '96.  Remember dodging the cow pies in the field where we were parked...?

Did Bryan go on that trip? I remember Dorman brought his Bus. I'm getting old and feeble.

I believe you had a friend along and camped out.  I remember Rick M. brought his huge motorhome.  He had issues with someone in the camp ground.
