Evening all

Hoping someone could give me some advice on setting up my 48IDF's for my 2276cc engine?

I am running 82mm crank, 1.4 rockers, Wedgeport heads.. Hoping to set CR at about 10:1

From what I know the carbs are currently as sold in spec... which is:
◾40mm Venturi
◾150 Main jet
◾F2 Emulsion tube
◾180 Air corrector jet
◾0 Pump exhaust valve
◾55 Idle jet
◾50 Pump jet
◾2.00 Needle valve

Is this ok? does anything need to change?

Thanks as always.

Jas.

Hi,
with 40mm vents ,i'd go with 165/170 main, 200 air
60 idle jets (maybe a bit fat,try 55 first )
F2 tubes are Ok ,50 pump jet and 200 needles too,
float level set at 10mm closed,
no more than 5 psi fuel pump pressure
