1959 Vintage Drag Bug - Original SNG Car   Price: $10000
Chop top time capsule built in the early 70's by Steve Godfrey. This is the original SNG car and was featured in Hot VW's June 1976 issue. Deano straight axle conversion still intact. I have currently ran 124MPH with this axle setup. This car currently runs under the name LIL Red and that is virtually the only thing that has changed on this vehicle. This vehicle will come LESS engine. Serious inquires only. Car is still currently racing but I will remove engine upon sale. Buyer will handle any and all shipping. I can email more pictures. Please email me with any questions.

Definitely needs a lot of work but it should be put back into its old guise!

Mb not the same car as this?
back in the 70's at OCIR "Liittle Red" was one of my favorite drag bugs.
It was a clean all white drag bug and in smallish font on the doors it just said lil Red

Let's update this old thread.....

So this old thing is getting loaded onto a ship tonight and will hopefully be arriving in a couple of weeks to Join the Stutt-Bee and Kid-Dean Squareback in my garage......😀

It's going to be getting the full CustomMotorBodies treatment so it'll be back in it's old SNG panel painted style in the future, although it could be a couple of years away, I have two other projects in the works that I need to get done first.

So the title of the original thread was correct.....'one for Russell'     Just not the Russell you were thing of.....haha.
