I would guess late 60:ies-early 70:ies. I´ve had it since the 80:ies.

I haven't seen this type in any Empi catalogue..

I like that it doesn't know whether it is made in the USA or Japan?   I assume they used a generic sticker on one side and had the instructions specially printed. So was it likely that it was therefore made in Japan?  Richard

here's one oil filter from the 1966 motoring guide  it seems that ,that one was for porsche and was may be for the fram system
