rare VDO heavy duty rubber gauge panel mount SOLD

Very rare, vintage VDO Rallye Panel. It´s made out of heavy duty rubber and does have a similar texture like genuine padded dashboards. It has two holes for 52mm (2") gauges. The gauge housings fit tight into the holes, so that they don´t need to be fixed additionally. The rubber has a slight damage on the rear between the two holes which doesn´t affect the function of the panel at all. And it isn´t visible from the front when mounted under your dash.
The instruments shown in the photos are not included and were fitted only for demonstration purposes.
The panel can be mounted under or on top of a dashboard.
