OK some help still needed here..

the above mentioned engine worked OK until now -thanks to Henri for this- and suddenly about a day ago a big quantity of oil escaped in the water, I mean the other way as usual. The water in the oil is barely seen but a big quantity of oil has gone through the entire cooling system. Is there any point besides the sealing surface of the cylinders from where the oil can go the other way? I mean like a crack or something? I really would like to hear some inputs as I need this on the road, is a comercial vehicle that helps me alot..

Ok this is really weird, I cleaned all the cooling system, started again engine and in some minutes the oil starts to appear again in the coolant, so thi smeans we have a leak on the oil pressure side. By exprinece where there is a potential point of such failure as I cant recall any by memory, I thought that the water jackets are completely irelevant of the oil pressure system, really hoping for some help here, cheers and thanks

I thought WBX had a small oil cooler built-in to the oil filter housing?

Yes exactly, the bigger engines have that, this one is a df engine, no oil cooler installed on this one..

You have a green sealing ring that helps seal the head to barrels at the top end of the cylinder liner and a black sealing ring at the base of the barrel thats seals the cylinder liner to the case.
The main gasket where the head meets water jacket does not have any need to seal oil so i would be looking at the way the barrels have been sealed.
The barrel bases need a decent bead of silicon when installing the cylinder wet liners.
