I am considering selling Four Play, but without the engine.

What do you get?

A RHD 1966 "gasser style" Beetle with flake paint, pinstriping and flared fenders. It has got a cage teched for 10s, Jaz seat, Simpson harness, Autometer gauges, Mooneyes gold-flake steering wheel, CSP 60% shifter, line-lock, Complete fuel system w/ Jaz fuel cell, Holley pump and regulator.

There's a Puma front beam with new shocks, Rancho gearbox w/ gusseted case, Erco Chromoly main shaft, Simca Tapered main bearings, Super race gears, 3.88 r&p, 4.11 1st, 2.36 2nd, 1.70 3rd, 1.31 4th and Karpiola axles, 28mm torsion bars, new yellow Konis and Erco wheels. It's got fiberglas fenders and hood, lexan windows etc.

Basically everything you need to go racing except for the engine.

Asking price is 55 000 NOK (about £4500 or 6875 Euro) The car is located in Norway.

Here's a video from Gardermoen a couple of weeks ago: http://www.youtube.com/v/qNO3WFwwHIg

Why do you consider selling it btw? It's such a nice gasser!

Can't let you in on why yet. Maybe I will have my own "sneak peak" thread on the lounge in a while ;-)

Or if I am lucky, Russel will call me and offer me the Race Shop Ghia for a decent price!!! He knows that I'm waiting for it :-)
