Wow, thats a cool looker!! And it sits so pretty!

Agreed - the stance is ALMOST perfect  Wink Smiley

What would have made it perfect?

Don't listen to him, he's been eating to many bananas...  Smiley
That car sits perfect, a little lower at rear than "we" build them today, but you didn't build it today, now did you?!
I liked it just the way it was!

Ahh but Lemonade was a drop-top and there's Danny's SQBack in the background.

That was at SCS's old shop on Orangethorpe and Beach before they moved to Katella.

The bottom picture was used as the poster for next years show.

As I look at it more, it wasn't that picture they used but a similar one.

At home in the garage. Wink

I drove my notch to that show but it was not nice enough to enter.

I don't remember whose car is directly behind the Ghia... it is definitely NOT McNew's as I had only known that car to have 2.0 litres on it. The car behind that is Marks orange '66. Mark may have been the first "resto-Cal" car as he loved accessories.

Across from the Ghia is Kevin Brennan's '57. Another Bug-In Best of Show winner.

Dunno about the trophies. I still have my club jacket and I believe that Mr. Schwimmer has a later club banner.

Sweet Kev... I never saw that car before. You had the KG when I joined DKK. That looks like Huntington Beach.
