Does anyone know anything about these kits?  Are they suitable for the street?  Do they add offset?

They look heavy as hell. I think these might be the same ones Ronnie at Bustoration was aiding the design to fit on buses.

I've checked and unfortunately they add 1 inch of offset to each side.  The whole kit weighs 46lbs; not sure how this compares?
