hi i'm looking after a good resolution scan of that empi advertising for the rear bucket seat , i've this one but not big enought  Undecided
i need some sound in my car  and i would like to install some  speakers on my  bucket seat , as they were mounted  back in the day
or if you have some nice pictures from beck in the day that would be cool to

I was thinking of EXACTLY this for my 65.......

I am SURE I have seen one fitted to a car WITH speakers  Undecided Smiley

Ok i might need to look it up, but didn't scott bakken have an empi rear seat in his car (on of his cars/ sepia?) and he had speakers if memory serves me right.

What is the knob between the seats for, and what do the back side of these seats look like?  Are they finished on the back side, or just raw chop gun looking?

nicolas you're right about scott's seats
but his speakers look too modern , i woul dlike to do a mix , under new one or used one i've in my black car , and add some old speakers covers on  ,and doing something to put an Ipod or my cell phone to works with them , like this i don't have to put a radio on my dash ;-)

Probably around the same weight when its all fitted etc.....

I would imagine its pretty "Thick" fibreglass to give it some strength......

You could always get Rob to make a "Race-Weight" one  Wink Cheesy Smiley

I've never weighed one but they are much lighter than a stock seat.

if it's just the basis  , may be same weight , i never weighed mine , but i removed mine last sunday and that's not heavy
