best engine for wedgeports

hey guys,
i was wondering what is the best engine combo to build around wedgeports?
i dont have the skills or knowledge or money for handported heads, so i want to begin with these heads
the detailing of the heads would not be a problem i think..
i was thinkin about a 2276, 9.5 cr, 86c or fk10, 40 mm TB's
my car is a weekend driver so i dont worry to much about drivability
doers anyone sell a kit of such an engine ? CPR? DRD?
btw does anybody know the cost< of importing a longblock or kit?and the import taxes?
