Have a set if new 1641cc forged pistons, need Barrels. Would prefer Mahle.

Wouldn't it be better to open up an old set of stock 1600s?
You'll have a better fit- piston to barrel.

Not that size, but others yes eg t4 94mm to 96mm.
There is lots of meat on an 85.5 cylinder.
