It's used, and has some scratches on the front cover, but the gears and needle bearings are in excellent condition.
It's not in new/show-condition appearance-wise, but it's not too bad either.
Gear-sizes are 32mm for the pressure gears, and 12mm for the "suction" gears.
The pressure side uses an external pickup (weld-in fitting in your sump, or available as a bolt-on cover from Autocraft).
The suction is meant to scavenge oil from f.ex. the heads and back to the sump.
