I have a strange problem with one of the IDA throttle. missfire happened on cylinder 2. I cleaned carbs 3 times and change plugs 5 times and changed manifold gaskets 3 times. but i never got the cylinder 2 fired. the plug seem to dry. short story i swap over the carbs from left to right and viseversa. now cylinder 2 fired good and the problem moved to cylinder 3. assuming the carbs was the problem. what would be causing the carbs did not delivered fuel...

idel jet or channel
Udo
This Every time, unscrew the idle slightly with the motor running, if the jet is plugged it will kick in now, the fuel goes round the jet, if it don't kick in, the channel is likely to be plugged.

I have done several adjustment on idle screw. fully screw in, a half anf fully screw out not make any different. I think will be the channel. any suggestion how we clean the channel. i have cleaned it 3 time using carb cleaner and blow it with air. i think i will soak it on diesel or kerosene for days.

If the throttle area is bored too big the idle screw can break through the case so it can not work correct . Look at the hole for the screw at the throttle
