Built by a Swedish engineer from the aero business, called Sven Svenning. It was based on a 1949 beetle (what else). He never finalized it and it was stored away for decades.

It's now owned by the Magazine Tecknikens Värld, and they have finalized the car. 
Looks quite cool I think:
