thanks for the tip off - just looked them up, ebay.de  , think at that price I may just keep looking for a good used one or learn to love my wrong 'un!!
is that what they really go for and am I just cheap?

I grafted the unique bit of the '67 valence on my car onto a late-model valance. Works well if you remove the heat shield from the inside first!

think I've found a company that make fibreglass replicas - just waiting for a reply from them as well.
