I bought the rolling shell real cheap off CL a number of years ago. Best part was the ragtop, black plates & it's rust free. I really got lucky! The car was cut in the early 70's.
It now has very simple running gear.. AS21L case, 78X94, 044 heads with a little work, Engle 110 & single Zenith. It pulls hard from idle & has lots of torque. Even has a working heater.
I raised it a little & have KYB gas on all four corners. Still a swingaxle but I have everything to convert to IRS when I get around to it.
Inside is all stock with exception of the Hurst shifter & steering wheel. Please note the Herrod Helper wing out back.. Not for everybody.. I take some heat about it but it's my trademark
