I have the volksworld issue were your car is featured in around the late 90-ies...(the 1600cc with the ida's  Cheesy)  A lot changes are made since then I see: rollcage, nos, rims, etc...

You're correct Jhu,

The Bars go down to the Frame Horns and are welded on just in front of the Rear Axles...

Concerning the Door Bars don't know, but I like the added protection... Wink

Just a question, if you're going to the effort of putting in that much cage, why not add the front part too and make it into a full cage?

I'd not even thought about the vent windows! My old '66 was fully caged but that was roof-chopped and had fixed windows and no glovebox!  Cheesy
