Great purchase Danny, if I wasn't so lanky I was tempted to buy it a few years back.
Be good to see it running with the outlaws again. Did it have a gearbox?

Nice one Danny! Wasn't the gearbox in the Fiat all mad ratios? 9600rpm across the line? From the incar footage from when Ian had it it looks lovely to drive.

Already spoken to Danny about this...great car to drive, nearly bought it back myself a number of times rather than have it sitting doing fuck all!!

Always sub 1.50 60fts (1.42 best) and went 10.85@122mph reaching max revs well before the line...wrong ratios for the bitzer motor (200hp?) that was in it.....it ran on 7 1/2 lash caps one weekend as no-one had any 11/32" stuff at the track!! Still ran 10's.......The plan was for a 1680 10,000rpm motor.....one day it'll go in the 850.

It does like IDA's tho' Danny none of that ECU Laptop witchcraft bloody wires everywhere nonsense!!  Grin

Have fun ...we did...looking forward to seeing it again....in the next lane....

Ian

car ran well today a bit of a misfire that needs sort ing over 6k and the clutch needs rebuilding as it needed to be pumped to get a pass with all gears  Cheesy but 11.7 shifting at 6k will do me for a shakedown test
