Type 4 camshaft that appears to be ground on a steel billet, only marking is 780 stamped at the gear end.

Any help to work out where it comes from and what it is would be greatly appreciated.

780 doesn't ring a bell with me, but maybe better to look up who all made steel billet cams in the past (I assume its an older cam). Can't be too many shops having done that I presume.
