This is a NEW OLD STOCK in perfect condition still in original plastic bag and box (I only removed it from the plastic for pictures) This is ready to get installed and used....

My Kennedy clutch is not as old as yours, however . . . I thought they were all stamped "KEP".
Mine is also stamped "Made in  USA".
