Split my 2110 today for the first time. I bought it complete originally in 2001 as a built motor and was never 100%sure as to who made the crank. Luke from Terry's beetle services who I bought it off reckoned that it was a berg one. Can anyone tell if it is or not.   Not really bothered who made it but would just like to know.

As Berg only made 82mm cranks with Porsche size or Buick/ Capri rod journals, and your rods say 5.500Vw  , yours not likely a Berg !

Cheers
Anyone recognise the stamping and marking?  The rods are eagle.

Could it be a Scat or CB performance ?
It's  wedgemated too and remember it's 15 or so years old.
