In regards of RLR chassis and the rear narrowing it’s up to you when you order. You can get them with both 3” and 5” . Mine is 5”

here are a few pics for you.
I'd say you won't get an 8.5 wide tyre under the arches with a 3 inch narrow rear.
you can see how tight it is and how close the rim / tyre are to the ladder bars. I have 1 inch from tyre to ladder bar.

hope this helps.

I must admitted this has me a little worried.  Enough to run out in the garage and pull a wheel/tire off my split and check it out.

This is my 2-1/2" backspace wheel. At 4-1/4" off the spring plate.  I measured the split and the face on the hub is about 5-3/4.  So this wheel is where a 4" back spacing would sit.  It's tight, like maybe not get the wheel off with the fenders on tight.  I'm not sure what will happen when the suspension articulates.

I'm trying to work out if I've actually seen this in the flesh, but I guess you'll be doing plenty of meets at the Pod next season? Did you have it at Shakey for the Cal Look Drag Day last year?

My wife wants to know where the headlights are - she says they're not real cars without them!

There's a cracking wheelie photo on Eurodragster! Shame about the weather, it was a really good turnout.
